Joint Entertainment
Agreement
It is hereby solely agreed between the entertainer, Lil’ Raskals Entertainment and the client, YOUR NAME HERE located at your CONTACT ADRESS that:
(1) The entertainer
will provide musical entertainment beginning at
(2) The service venue is the VENUE NAME which is
located on 123 Anywhere Lane in On my mind,
(3) The entertainer will provide recorded music entertainment and microphone
support with no lighting effects.
The music genre will consist of:
1. Old
School 3. Blues
5. Classic R&B
2. Rhythm
and Blues (R&B) 4. Rap w/o
explicit lyrics
(4) The entertainer
will receive the AGREED AMOUNT for the services mentioned in line (2). An additional fee of $75/hr will be charged
for services rendered after the agreed time in Line 1. A $150.00 security fee confirms the date and
time agreed upon by the entertainer
and the client. Both parties agree that the remainder must be
paid (*) in full prior to the entertainer’s performance detailed in Line (1).
* Note: Cash, Money Order and PayPal are preferred. Checks are accepted if received 14 days before the event. Please make checks payable to Danni Gill. Clients with returned checks will be charged a $50.00 NSF fee and may forfeit the date confirmation detailed in Line (4).

(5) The client will hold the entertainer liable for late fees equal to $15 for every 15 minutes after
time listed in item (1). Both parties agree that this fee will be deducted from
the remaining balance. After receipt of the
security deposit, if the entertainer is unable to perform he
must notify the client and provide a comparable replacement that will honor all
provisions of this agreement. The client will hold the entertainer
liable for 75% of payment, which includes the security deposit, if the entertainer does not provide the agreed
services after signing the contract and receiving the security deposit. The client refund will be sent within 5
business days of the cancellation.
(6) The client
will be liable for 75% of the agreed cost, which includes the deposit, if the client chooses to use another
entertainment services after signing the contract and submitting the security
deposit. The cancellation fee must be
received with 10 business days of the cancellation.
(7) Any photos taken by the entertainer during the event become sole property of the Lil
Raskals Entertainment and may be used tastefully at his discretion. In addition, the entertainer is not responsible
for any external problems or accidents regarding the above event. (i.e. electrical outages, security matters, access into the
event facility, guest valuables left at facility, guest related accidents,
and/or inclement weather at an outside function). In addition, the client is not responsible for any personal injury incurred by the entertainer during service period.
(8) Both parties agree that this is a complete
understanding between them and all other agreements either written or verbal
are hereby null and void.
Both
the Entertainer and the Client agree to the terms stated above
